Today is one of those days where just showing up is the gift.

This has been quite the summer. The world has literally been on fire. The stupids have been hard on their bullshit.

Whatever. I’m reading a book about how we get caught in the trap of then if/then, a creative wording for the doom loops our brains can get stuck in from time to time.
